Fed up paying for ACT! or Goldmine 'upgrades'? Why not considerusing one of the Open Source software products such as SugarCRM or InfoAtHand - or even Microsoft's latecomer to the party, Dynamics CRM?

Unlike true Open Source products, both SugarCRM and InfoAtHand actually charge for commercial licences, albeit significantly less than ACT! prices. Both products offer similar functionality to ACT! at a greatly reduced price - functionality such as email and calendar integration with MS Office products.

Although the software is considerably less cost than commercial equivalents, it has still to be 'installed' on a suitable 'server' and the basic framework of functionality has to be setup. Most non-technical companies do not have the skills required to do this. That's where we come in. We will sit down with you, discuss your requirements, identify and demonstrate various alternatives and then let you choose. We'll then install the software on an appropriate server (which may be your own existing hardware) and train you on how to create and maintain your CRM. As SugarCRM and InfoAtHand are commercial open source, most of the software is available to any software developer, including Glengordon Software. The result is that, if you need something which is not available off-the-shelf, we can develop specific software to meet your needs - but still retain the remainder of the CRM product.

For those who already have Microsoft Windows Server and SQL Server installed, Dynamnics CRM is a viable alternative - especially given that Glengordon can extend the product (using standard Microsoft software development tools) to meet your exact requirements.
